Pakistan December 2024 onwards

 Last day of the year.  Had a slice of Bombay Bakery cake, to say farewell to 2024.  

Another night of patchy sleep.  

It happened the same way the way it often happens: a mosquito kept bothering me and I did not have good sleep. The Careem driver told me he was driving his brother's car and gave him Rs. 60,000 each month.  

Amazing how the day went by so fast!  

After going to bed around midnight, I was up shortly after 3, and then could not go back to sleep for a long time.  

For breakfast had two boiled eggs, roti with dahee and honey.  Later in the day, had some of the Christmas cake brought to us yesterday.  Later, gave an old coat for dry cleaning; also collected the robot vacuum cleaner battery that was given for repair.  The robot is working now!

I was up early and did not feel like I had enough sleep.  A meaningful, productive day starts after having a wonderful sleep.  Got a grab bar installed in father's bathroom.  

Another night of bad sleep.  It was disrupted by honking outside the window and general noise outside. Went to give the microwave oven for repair.  It is amazing how little repair work costs here.  I normally have boiled eggs for the breakfast, but today had an omelet with roti and chai.  Used a plumber to install a small grab bar in father's bathroom.  

Once again, not happy with my sleep.  I was up after 2 am and then couldn’t sleep for a long time. A mosquito bothered me on and off, but I had better sleep after Fajar azan.  Stayed home and ordered things using the Pandamart app.
