Cemendtaurian diet: divide your waking hours in thirds. Have processed food only in the first 1/3. Rest of the day have fruits, shakes, and water. Further divide the first 1/3 in two parts; use the first 1/6 to flush out your guts: this can be done with a lot of water intake accompanied by fruits. And when you are feeling very hungry, use the last part of the first 1/3 to eat processed food: bread, beans, meat (carbohydrates and proteins).
