I think what worked yesterday was that I clearly wrote out the goals I wanted to achieve and by the end of the day the only one that was not achieved was completing last year's tax return.  I was able to do a good yoga routine in the evening yesterday.  Midday, I had an amazing meal of kabab, pyaz, leemoN, with tea and then atay ka halwa with tea; all praise Nusrat Apa.
