Driver was not here yesterday. His Chacha, coming from Dadu got robbed near Numaish.  Robbers were Urdu speaking and claimed to be police; they asked to see the purse in his hand and then ran away with it.  The bag had his passport, tickets, and 30 Riyals.  This happened very early around six in the morning and he had a flight to catch at 9 pm which he obviously could not take. He wanted to have the new passport made in Karachi but it was costing him Rs. 31,000; he was told that if he goes back to where the passport was originally issued from, it would be a lot less expensive.  So he got on the bus and went back.
