1103 am I am back at my beach after taking care of a lot of things. I was up around seven after going to bed after midnight--I probably had between six to seven hours of sleep.  I was able to have a phone conversation with Dunyar--he had already checked in online but I pointed out to him that he needed to fill out an online form for arrival in Canada. 

323 pm I am back at my beach after collecting my laundry from the washer and putting it out in my room for drying. Before that I had lunch which I had with father today.

328 pm.  Sitting in father's sofa in the TV room, waiting for father to leave the dining room--I will then get the ice container from the freezer and lock myself up in my room.  To tackle heat, I put cold cloth on my forehead, neck, torso, and head.  This honking outside my window really disturbs my sleep.    I am curious to know how the market will behave today specially with respect to Toyota motors and General Mills. I am hoping that TM will close slightly below 180 so that I will have another chance of selling the call for a future date.
