How smart is it for the young man to eat 12 eggs at one time?  Went to the HBL building because we had seen people working out on gym machines on an upper level; no, the gym there was for employees.  Went to Titan Fitness; paid 1K for one day, 2K to be paid more if for one week; Dunyar worked out 718 to 755 pm, while Parisee and I went for a log walk, all the way to Diamond store.  Mucinex delivery did not come; retired to room after 11 pm.

328 pm.  Sitting in father's sofa in the TV room, waiting for father to leave the dining room--I will then get the ice container from the freezer and lock myself up in my room.  To tackle heat, I put cold cloth on my forehead, neck, torso, and head.  This honking outside my window really disturbs my sleep.    I am curious to know how the market will behave today specially with respect to Toyota motors and General Mills. I am hoping that TM will close slightly below 180 so that I will have another chance of selling the call for a future date.

The weather is hot.  When I go to bed I keep ice in a container by the bedside; I use the ice to put cold wet cloths on my face, behind my neck, my torso and my legs.  This ritual cools me down.  Zoological power plant: talked to Aquil Qureshi for an hour.

Indoor temperature in my room hovers between 87 to 90°F.  There is a war going on between India and Pakistan but I have not seen anything personally.  I see regular hustle and bustle of city life.  I ate a late night dinner with Koshish friends.
