545 am I have been up since at least 4 am nd I went to bed around 12 midnight--I am not very happy with the little sleep I had.  I’ve been tossing and turning and checking my phone, just cannot sleep. Now there is light outside and the birds are chirping. All through the night the construction demolition machinery works across the street. I guess I got so little sleep because of the caffeine; besides the cup of tea that I normally have at lunch I also have another cup when I go to my brother‘s place.

118 pm I am at my beach; after the last dictation I could doze off and when I was up it was slightly after nine. I went out and did the morning routine of making shake but that additional sleep of about 2 1/2 hours with the original sleep of about three or four hours has not added up.

Why is the maid with her family going to that shrine in Hyderabad?. The driver told me that on the 10th of Moharram his family makes food that he gives away at the local Imambargah. So that must also be happening at the shrines. With so much food coming, all these people who want to go and get their share in it.  The maid and her family will stay at the shrine for 3-4 days and eat all the free food that will be delivered to the shrine.
