1029 am I have a headache and just minutes ago had a very loose bowel movement; I have not been feeling well since last night. 

1255 pm I just got up after a good nap and I am feeling slightly better though I still feel my head heavy. I think I should go out and boil two eggs and while they are boiling, I should have some yogurt with sugar.

1024 pm I am back on my bed after another loose motion and before that I had the second boiled egg and a shake of three bananas and water.

328 pm.  Sitting in father's sofa in the TV room, waiting for father to leave the dining room--I will then get the ice container from the freezer and lock myself up in my room.  To tackle heat, I put cold cloth on my forehead, neck, torso, and head.  This honking outside my window really disturbs my sleep.    I am curious to know how the market will behave today specially with respect to Toyota motors and General Mills. I am hoping that TM will close slightly below 180 so that I will have another chance of selling the call for a future date.
