939 am I have been up for some time now and feeling better rested than how I felt when I was initially up around four in the morning. Yesterday I went to the electronics market and made a deal with the young man for 27,500--gave an advance of 2000. They will come here around 12 today to provide me charge controller, a battery, and an inverter for my animal power system. 

 I was able to do a yoga session listening to the audio last night, but since it was getting late, I just hurried through the horizontal postures on my own. Yesterday afternoon I listened to T's voicemail messages asking me not to lay her off; I spoke to her in person later saying that she should not worry and she will get a job, that I have been laid off before and it always worked out for the better for me so this is how it will work out for her too.

148 pm Shaer Ali and Muntazir came. After taking measurements for cable they have left. Shaer said he got a degree from Federal University which was useless.  Then he learned this skill from the Hunar Foundation. He is from Gilgit and has oblique white man features. 

342 pm now going to Carrefour

353 pm done shopping. Now going to Emad’s

403 pm now sitting across mother

501 pm we are in the waiting room for P to be first assessed and then seen by therapist Rabia Jaffar. 

657 pm now going home.
