711 am I am back on my bed after a loose movement.  After I had my egg and water I was feeling like going to the bathroom but nothing happened. It did not even happen during the night when I was up at least twice to go to the bathroom. This morning I felt like something had to be done. The lower part of my stomach was making a strange vibration so I had all the water that I had from the glass and also from the bottle; I built the pressure to have a liquidy bowel movement-hopefully it was the last one because now I am very tired of it and I really want to get well before tomorrow when I have to meet friends in the evening.

101 pm now in the bank. I have received the statement and waiting for my turn to cash the check, with token number 83.  Before leaving home found out father had a bad toilet accident last night. Attendant’s stomach is also upset.  What’s going on? Something wrong with the Nestle water delivered to us?

1102 pm now on my bed after eating a full plate of khichree with yoghurt and some sugar.

The electrician came in the afternoon;  I had a good conversation with him on the box I wanted him to make.
