Pakistan December 2024 onwards

711 am I am back on my bed after a loose movement.  After I had my egg and water I was feeling like going to the bathroom but nothing happened. It did not even happen during the night when I was up at least twice to go to the bathroom. This morning I felt like something had to be done. The lower part of my stomach was making a strange vibration so I had all the water that I had from the glass and also from the bottle; I built the pressure to have a liquidy bowel movement-hopefully it was the last one because now I am very tired of it and I really want to get well before tomorrow when I have to meet friends in the evening. 101 pm now in the bank. I have received the statement and waiting for my turn to cash the check, with token number 83.  Before leaving home found out father had a bad toilet accident last night. Attendant’s stomach is also upset.  What’s going on? Something wrong with the Nestle water delivered to us? 1102 pm now on my bed after eating a full plate of kh...

1038 am I am back on my bed; it looks like every time I eat something right away it comes out from the other end. 221 pm I am back in my room after giving rice sugar and detergent to Anita. She also mentioned that father was upset with her for coming so late whereas she had told me that she would be coming late on Monday; I recalled, apologized to her, and told father that it was my mistake. 501 pm finished talking to nephew just a short while back; he said the blood test he had written in his message was doctor's recommended and should be done on father.

1029 am I have a headache and just minutes ago had a very loose bowel movement; I have not been feeling well since last night.  1255 pm I just got up after a good nap and I am feeling slightly better though I still feel my head heavy. I think I should go out and boil two eggs and while they are boiling, I should have some yogurt with sugar. 1024 pm I am back on my bed after another loose motion and before that I had the second boiled egg and a shake of three bananas and water. 

1057 am I am back at my beach after being out and giving money for the light grocery shopping that happens almost every day. When I was up this morning, it was really early much before the call for the dawn prayer and then I could not sleep.   I decided to rest and leave the room after nine and before the cook would come, but fortunately I dozed off and when I was up, it was 1030; I felt much better rested than I felt earlier. So I quickly put on clothes and went out.  The cook had already taken out the fish from the refrigerator. She was planning to fry it.  I asked her to steam it as Mr. Jamil has asked us to do in his voice message to me last night.    Today I wanted to get the house electrician started on the panel that I want to have for my contraption; this panel will have the charge controller that would be used for either solar, wind or physical; it will also have an input from the regular wall supply of 220 V;  the panel will also have an converter...
